Boulder walls often end up less costly than block or concrete walls because the materials are cheaper and the drainage is easier to manage. We sell basalt and concrete, fractured or round
$23.95 per Yard
Leveling(coarse) sand will help level out the base before laying blocks to a retaining wall. It ads a solid pack that also allows for drainage underneath the blocks. Easy to rake and level.
3/4in Basalt Chips
$34.95 per Ton
3/4in basalt chips make an excellent base for walls. These puppies will pack in tightly and allow for the proper drainage below your wall. Chipped rock is preferred over round due to its ability to lock together.
1 1/4in Basalt Chips
$34.95 per Ton
1 1/4in crushed drain rock also makes for a good sub/base the only difference being that the larger rock size may get kicked around a bit in walking areas. Excellent back-fill and good clean drain rock.
1-3in Basalt chips
$39.95 per Ton
1 to 3in chips are the closest thing we have to quarry spalls at the moment. These will be good for boulder walls requiring a larger drain rock for backfill. Nice dark charcoal color.
Tailings, Structural Fill
$17.95 per Yard
The nature of our structural fill is a rocky fill dirt. It contains a varied size of rock which gives it the structure to shore up a hill. If you're looking to build up an area at a solid price point then this is the dirt for you.
$19.95 per Yard
The economy soil is valley topsoil consisting of dirt and small rocks. This works great for projects that just need dirt for backfill. Dirt sold by the yard for delivery and pickup.
$0.00 per Out
Our premium soil works well as a fill dirt for backfill of a retaining wall. Use this soil if you run out of dirt originally scooped up from grading the project.
$24.95 per Yard
Turf builder is handy for laying sod or growing from seed. This is a sandy loam and topsoil mixture that allows for root growth while supplying nutrients. Consider mixing in compost for optimum results.
